RFID Card and Gate issues

Having problems with your RFID card or Gate operation

 

If your RFID Card does not open a closed gate, please contact TCSA Membership Chair at membershiptcsa@gmail.com, please provide:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • RFID Card # starting with 6xxxxx.

 

If there are technical issues with the gate like gate open when it should be closed, it will not close, gate arm marker lights not on, gate damage, etc, please email gate.tcsa@gmail.com and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Description of gate problem
